This beautiful, classic scarf was designed by Vladimir Rybaltchenko, also known as Rybal, and was first issued in 1975. Interestingly, Rybaltchenko was the great nephew of Philippe Ledoux, the famed French artist, and father of Dimitri Rybaltchenko, also a renowed Herms artist.
